Since its early days of raid-operations The IMI has always believed in the power of the media. To make the Common Man and the Legal System of our country aware of the dreaded ill-effects of fast spreading music-piracy, this month the IMI has gone a step further and co-ordinated with the media and the press and covered the raid events LIVE.
Cheers to the unrelenting efforts of the IMI team, The LOCAL Press and NEWS Channels which have always been averse to such raid events have become very active even in the smaller towns and are keen to unmask these anti-social elements..
Some of the major media snippets included :-
- Raid on a shop in Rambagh, Amritsar on 11th May. PR Agency informed. Similarly raid on a shop in Sector 22 B in Chandigarh on 4th May was covered by the local media.
- Raids on 2 shops in Kishorpura, Agra on 4th May were covered by local media
- Raid on a shop in Kanpur Nagar, U.P on 10th May was covered by local media.
- Raid on a premises in Vasundhara, Dist. Ghaziabad on 13th May was covered by local media.
- Raid on a shop in Subzi mandi, Lucknow on 31st May was covered by local media.
- Raid on a premises in Sector 22B, Chandigarh on 24th May and Raid on a shop in Itwara market, Bhopal on 12th May were promptly informed to the PR agency.
- Raid on Annai Offset, Chennai and Raid on a shop in Bangalore City, Dist. Nawanshahar on 3rd May were widely covered in the local media.
