Mobile Chip Pirates

RAID REPORT ON THE MOBILE CHIP PIRATES

(i) Mumbai :- Mobile Chip Piracy Action: Shop no. 58 was searched in Chembur (E), Mumbai on 30th July. 1 Comuter, 1 Card reader and 1 Mobile Chip were seized. Owner Mohd. Ashraf Mohd. Ismail was arrested and remanded to 3 days police custody.

(ii) Bangalore, Karnataka :- Mobile Chip Piracy Raid: In a raid conducted at Emirates Mobile Solutions in Chamarajapet, Bangalore on 24th July, 1 Computer, 1 Card Reader and 1 Mobile Chip were seized. Owner Rukunudeen was arrested.

(iii) Hazipur, Bihar :- Mobile Chip Piracy Raid: In an excellent raid conducted for Mobile Chip piracy in Cinema Road, Hazipur on 17th July, 2 shops A.K. Info, and Shiv Jain Enterprises were searched. 2 laptops, 1 Card Reader, 1 Mobile Chip, 21 blank Chips, 1 pirated DVD, 7 MP3 CDs and 1 mobile phone was seized. 2 persons, Manish Kumar and Kesho Bharti were arrested.

(iv) Prodattur, A.P. :- In an excellent anti-piracy operation 10 shops were raided on 12th July. 8 Computers, 7 Card Writers, 6 mobile chips, 213 MP3 CDs, 421 pirated VCDs and 35 pirated DVDs were seized. 10 persons were arrested.
